English and American Studies (ELAS) department held the 2nd International Language and Literature conference on 29 May 2015. The theme of the conference was designed to attract the research
communities to promote connection between theory and practice and explore different perspectives on the application of research findings into the field. It was a truly international conference with 50 presenters

The aim of the conference was to provide a multilingual, international platform for exploration and exchange research findings, perspectives and experiences in literature, language teaching, translation, linguistics and literary studies. We received remarkably high quality of papers which are foe certain that they will be positively peer-reviewed for the conference proceedings special edition of IBU Journal, as we did last year. Academic aura was pleasing and cooperative; it was further crowned with a day trip to Ohrid on a sunny day.
