The project “IBU Career Days” continued on Tuesday, 14th February 2017, with the presentation of TAV Airports Macedonia. The General Manager of TAV Macedonia, Mr. Alper Ersoy, accompanied by his team of specialists in Human Resources, Public Relations, Operations and Services presented the portfolio of this company in front of the students of International Balkan University.
The event was greeted with speeches by the Rector of IBU, Prof. Dr. İsmail Kocayusufoğlu, who stated that this project has come out to be a very productive method to connect our students with the business sector in Macedonia and provide internship or job opportunities for them. In this regard, ne expressed the gratitude of IBU towards TAV for the successful cooperation in all fields of mutual interest. The Counsellor for Educatio at the Embassy of Turkey in Skopje, Mr. Tamer Sevim also addressed the audience and conveyed the greetings of the Turkish Ambassador, H.E. Tülin Erkal Kara for today’s event.
During the company presentation, BTA Food & Beverage and STÜ Duty Free Shops companies which are linked to TAV were also presented with their fields of work in front of the students.
In the second part, students had the chance to present their CVs in front of the TAV Management team and discuss possible engagement in their programme for internships and careers.
