The political boundaries varying in the historical process in the world can be considered as artificial limitations based on power struggle and management preferences. Geographical boundaries have much slower variability than political boundaries but are not permanent. The notion of a boundary between the two is the cultural boundaries of societies with hundreds and thousands of years of accumulation and struggle. Architecture, painting, cartoons, cinema, theater, literature, media and computer games and music play an increasing role of influence in the promotion of cultural codes as an identity building tool. Because the identities that are constructed and even rebuilt through these areas have a feature of social identity rather than being individual, these areas, which in a sense can be evaluated in the context of the construction of new social structures and the future, constitute the interest and priority areas of the global power centers.

Known for its data base of the Turkish World Music Articles, ethnologist musicians, Turkey Culture and Tourism Ministry and the Turkish World Music Ensemble Artistic Director Irfan Gürdal’s in 2009, which has been placed on the music and culture of the world Çerağ form is work.

The concept of identity as a tool of identity in the analysis and evaluation is based on P. Bourdieu’s theories in the context of the sociolinguistics of J. Fishman in the context of sociolinguistics. It was tried to be evaluated based on the theories of T. Adorno.

In çerağ, located in the Republic of Turkey and established the Presidential Flag of Office in history with Turkey States, representing the historical integrity and continuity of deep-rooted consciousness referring to the numbers of stars are given the same number of 16 musical works. In this context, it is emphasized how strong and non-extinguishable of Çerağ in the historical context is in the enlightenment of humanity. The teachings of Pir-i Turkistan Hodja Ahmed Yesevi, the revelation of this godly fire that was welcomed by Çerağ, is also spreading through music in fine arts. Thus, the recognition and place of the cultural identity, which is contributed to the construction of the music, among the common codes in the Turkic World is emphasized nowadays.

While modernism’s emphasis on the matter, which makes it worthy and even blessing, is dominated by popular music in today’s world, the value of man is built on materialism and a person is dragged into a cultural shallowness, which consists of mere bodily features. In all of the 16 works of Çerağ album, there is spirituality against the material that should not be deceived and negated. Even the 12th work of the album, compiled by İrfan Gürdal from Kirkuk, is even called olan Come Above the Earth. In this respect, the work has the characteristic of being a strengthened cultural shield by popularizing against the artificial cultural attacks aimed at popularization which is the exact opposite of the main elements of culture.

In the works of Çerağ, it was first determined that the most widely used word was Allah. Then, Muhammed, Yalagaç, Mustapa, Peygambar, Mustafa Mehemmed, such as language changes with the Prophet, Muhammed nomenclature meets the second most commonly used word concept. In a sense, the concept based on the love of Allah and the Prophet has the characteristic of a cultural identity that has a homogeneous appearance in the heartland of Çerağ. The existence of the gates opening to the universe of the same meaning and its use in this wide geography with different linguistic views appeal and affect not only the mind of the managerial centers but also the heart of the cognitive management center.

In addition to the shallow and artificial popular cultural elements, the works that operate in the world of meaning and emotion in their original and deep-rooted cultural depth will also be able to eliminate attacks against the shuffling of the meaning and emotion worlds of their interlocutors. While Çerağ carries a profound feature in the face of the aggressive social identity attacks, it takes its depth from the history of the Turkish Culture Universe and its principal element here is Allah and the Prophet. He is positioned as the love of the Prophet. The work, which presents the foundations of the deep-rooted thought and life-based religion with the musical infrastructure, is also building a cultural identity in this direction. The built cultural identity is nurtured by the hearts / cultures of the Turks as well as the Turkish heart / culture geography. The essence of the culture and artwork examined in the language reflected; Beyond the borders of Republic of Turkey, keeps alive in the hearts of the fire source, not in the sense of the depth of the material located in the shallows and tried to spread the music. Not based on imperial aims, material interests nonprofit, which contribute to the historical and cultural foundation found that identity built with album feature called cerag in this direction works only has great importance for Turkey or cultural ecology of the universal dimension not for the Turkish World. In this respect, they would have contributed to the strengthening of one and all common cultural identities in support of artistic productions and their dissemination based on their own culture, especially all the states of the Turkic world and their economic owners.

As a result, if the importance of music, which is an important unit of cultural identity in the common historical past, is isolated from the national culture codes of its own, the imperialist powers of globalization will be filled with mercilessly. The Turkish cultural universe, with over a thousand years of Islamic perception and accumulation, and the unique cultural accumulation in the history of the Turkic World, offers a wealth of common cultural codes. As in Çerağ example of İrfan Gürdal, the reflective and reinforcing musical works of this unity are regarded as an outstanding multi-faceted element in the name of the preservation of the name of culture geography in the present and in the future.
