Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at International Balkan University (IBU) in cooperation with Finmak DOO is organizing a workshop titled “Dive into the World of FinTech”.

Are you curious about how Fintech companies operate behind the scenes? Want to explore how technology, finance, marketing, and compliance come together to deliver financial services?

The workshop is organized in two separate sessions with a lunch break in between. The first session offers a practical look, and participants will be introduced to key aspects such as company structure, strategic and operational workflows, marketing strategies, legal compliance, customer care, IT systems, and risk management. The second session focuses on the innovative side of FinTech. Topics include how loans can be disbursed entirely online, the role of AI in client evaluation, and what differentiates financial companies from traditional banks. 

The workshop concludes with a discussion on career opportunities in the FinTech space and a participatory segment where students can share ideas about future financial services they’d like to see developed.
