The IBU Teaching and Learning Center successfully organized an interactive workshop titled “Designing a Questionnaire: Scaling Techniques I”, led by Prof. Dr. Savica Dimitrieska.

The event brought together academic staff, researchers, and students interested in strengthening their skills in questionnaire development and scaling methods. The workshop focused on the importance of effective questionnaire design, theoretical foundations of scaling techniques, comparative and non-comparative scaling methods, and practical exercises on developing measurement scales.

Prof. Dr. Dimitrieska provided in-depth insights into the methodological principles behind scaling and facilitated hands-on activities that allowed participants to apply what they had learned in real-time. Her engaging and informative presentation was highly appreciated by all attendees.
