On April 16 and 17, 2025, the premises of the International Balkan University hosted the Job Fair 2025, a successful event aimed at strengthening the connection between students and the labor market.

Throughout the two-day fair, students had the opportunity to meet directly with representatives of various businesses and institutions from different sectors, establishing valuable connections and applying for a range of job and internship positions.

While students explored potential career paths and gained insight into professional expectations, companies had the chance to meet motivated young talents ready to contribute to their organizations.

The event was organized under the coordination of the Career Center at IBU, with the support of academic staff and university administration, ensuring a well-structured and purposeful experience for all attendees.

Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, Rector of IBU, also visited the stand during the Job Fair, and had the opportunity to discuss with the company representatives.

The atmosphere was dynamic, filled with presentations, one-on-one meetings, and a fruitful exchange of experiences. Participating companies expressed their appreciation for the organization and the preparedness of our students, describing the event as an important step toward long-term collaboration.

Job Fair 2025 is part of IBU’s ongoing efforts to enhance employability among students and to foster sustainable collaboration with industry partners on both local and international levels.
