IBU Strengthens Institutional Ties with North Macedonia Ombudsman through Memorandum of Cooperation
International Balkan University (IBU), a distinguished institution renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and civic engagement, has taken another step toward fostering institutional collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ombudsman of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The memorandum was officially signed by IBU Rector Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar on behalf of the University, and by Mr. Naser Ziberi, the Ombudsman of North Macedonia. The signing ceremony marked a significant moment for both institutions, paving the way for joint initiatives that promote human rights, social justice, and legal education.
Held at the university’s campus, the ceremony was attended by several members of IBU’s academic staff, reflecting the university’s deep-rooted dedication to building partnerships that enrich both educational and societal frameworks.
