In a gesture aimed at strengthening practical education in the medical field, the Public Health Institution “Health Center” Skopje has donated a decommissioned ambulance vehicle to International Balkan University (IBU). The ambulance, no longer in active service within the public health system, is provided exclusively for educational and training purposes on a temporary basis.

The official handover ceremony took place at the IBU campus and was attended by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, Rector of IBU; Mr. Samir Iseni, Director of “Health Center” Skopje and an alumnus of IBU; as well as IBU academic and administrative staff and students from IBU’s Vocational Medical School.

As a sign of gratitude, Rector Sunar presented Certificates of Appreciation to Mr. Samir Iseni, and Mrs. Lejla Asani from Vocational Medical School in sincere recognition and heartfelt appreciation for their generous contribution to the donation of the ambulance vehicle to International Balkan University.

Students and staff had the opportunity to explore the ambulance's interior, gaining insight into the equipment and layout of an emergency vehicle.

International Balkan University extends sincere thanks to Mr. Iseni and the Public Health Institution “Health Center” Skopje for their support in promoting practical medical education.
