SEAL-NR project collaboration in focus: IBU and KNUTD strengthen academic partnership through joint conference engagement

IBU Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Snezhana Bilic participated in the VI International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference titled “Imperatives of Economic Growth in the Context of the Global Sustainable Development Goals,” organized on 29 April 2025, by Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), Ukraine, held in a hybrid format.

 

Prof. Dr. Bilic took part in Section 6: Building 21st Century Skills for the Development of Adaptive Leadership and Sustainable Society, which is directly connected to the objectives of the Erasmus+ SEAL-NR Project (Skills Enrichment for Adaptive Leadership in the New Reality), in which both IBU and KNUTD are consortium partners.

 

Her participation was upon the invitation of Prof. Dr. Alla Kasych, a distinguished academic and representative of KNUTD, further highlighting the collaborative ties between project partners. The conference gathered experts from academia, business, and policy to discuss innovative approaches to economic growth and sustainable development in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 

Prof. Dr. Bilic’s contribution underscored the importance of leadership education and interdisciplinary cooperation in building resilient, forward-looking societies, core goals of the SEAL-NR project, funded by the European Commission. 

 

This engagement reflects IBU strategic commitment to internationalization, active EU project participation, and leadership in advancing sustainability and educational innovation in the region.
