The Faculty of Law at the International Balkan University had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Bojan Trpevski, Environmental Lawyer at the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association (MYLA), for an engaging and insightful guest lecture on the topic "Litigation in Environmental Law Cases: EU Perspectives and Challenges." Mr. Trpevski provided a comprehensive overview of environmental litigation, shedding light on various types of cases brought before courts and other competent authorities. He skillfully addressed the legal and procedural challenges in the field, while also exploring future perspectives in the context of European integration and legal harmonization.
The Faculty expresses its deep gratitude to Mr. Trpevski and MYLA for their valuable contribution. Special thanks also go to our students, whose enthusiastic and active engagement enriched the discussion and fostered meaningful dialogue.
