Students from the Psychology and English Language Teaching departments at International Balkan University (IBU), led by Prof. Dr. Gordana Stankovska, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emina Sadikovic, and Asst. Fatime Ziberi, visited the Dr. Zlatan Sremec Primary School and Special Education Center.
The visit provided IBU students with invaluable insights into the school's specialized teaching methods and the compassionate learning environment it fosters.
During this educational experience, students had the opportunity to closely observe the institution's daily operations, its inclusive approach to students with disabilities, the role of professional staff, and the practical application of inclusive educational practices. The visit also encouraged the exchange of ideas, open discussions, and inspiring dialogues, highlighting the significance of interdisciplinary collaboration in education and student support.
We are deeply grateful for the chance to learn from their experienced educators and to witness the positive impact they make in their students' lives. We sincerely thank the school principal and staff for their warm welcome and willingness to share their expertise.
The visit concluded with a mutual commitment to strengthen cooperation and continue building bridges of knowledge and support in the field of education.
