IBU’s ELT Department Hosts Peace Corps and American Corner for Collaborative English Teaching Initiative
Ms. Jacqueline Dejean, a Peace Corps volunteer in North Macedonia, and Nikolija, a representative of American Corner Skopje, visited students from the English Language Teaching (ELT) department at International Balkan University (IBU).
They presented the activities of American Corner Skopje and the Social Integration and Empowerment Center to the students. The cooperation between FEDU and these organizations will focus on ELT students' participation in the English Club.
Students will observe English classes taught by Ms. Jacqueline Dejean and work under her guidance. This collaboration will significantly contribute to preparing IBU students for teaching English to adult learners. We appreciate this valuable opportunity for our ELT students.
