International Balkan University (IBU) and Kocaeli Health and Technology University have officially established a collaborative academic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The formal signing ceremony took place at the IBU Campus, where Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Rector of IBU, and Prof. Dr. Muzaffer Elmas, Rector of Kocaeli Health and Technology University, signed the agreement. The ceremony was also attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyhan Murtezan Ibrahimi, Vice Rector of IBU, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Lokce, further underscoring the institutional significance of the occasion.

This memorandum outlines a comprehensive framework for academic cooperation in several strategic areas, including joint research projects, faculty and student exchange programs, and the co-organization of scholarly events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops.
