IBU English Exemption Exam Preparation Booklet
Dear future students of IBU,
In front of the reader is a carefully prepared booklet designed to support success in the English exemption exam at International Balkan University. It has been published by Balkan University Press (BUP), and within it, the structure, expectations, and main content areas of the exam grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing are clearly outlined. A range of examples and practice tasks is provided, drawn from intermediate to upper-intermediate levels and closely modeled on the actual exam format.
By engaging with this booklet, students’ language skills will be strengthened, and confidence in meeting IBU’s academic English standards will be developed. Active use of the resource is encouraged, and it is hoped that this guide will serve as a helpful first step in each student’s academic journey at International Balkan University.
