IBU Hosts Workshop on Active Listening and Note-Taking Strategies within International Educational Project

A workshop titled "Active Listening and Note-Taking Strategies" was successfully held at International Balkan University (IBU), coordinated by the Project and Research Office.

This engaging and interactive session took place within the framework of the "Tracing the Ancestors in the Balkans" project, an initiative led by the Ankara Yenimahalle Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi, aiming to strengthen academic and cultural collaboration through meaningful educational activities.

The event began with an opening speech by Vice Rector Seyhan Murtezan Ibrahimi, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of such workshops in enhancing student competencies. The session was then led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Özlem Kurt, who provided valuable insights and practical techniques on improving listening skills and effective note-taking — essential tools for academic and professional development.

We extend our sincere thanks to all participating students and the stakeholders who contributed to the success of this event.
