International Balkan University has installed digital queue management system in front of the Student Affairs Office, and the Finance and Accounting Office. The move is part of the university’s broader effort to modernize campus services and improve administrative efficiency.
With the new system, students can take a queue number and receive services in order of arrival, helping reduce wait times and prevent overcrowding. The system is expected to streamline operations and ensure a more organized service experience.
The initiative reflects IBU’s ongoing commitment to digital transformation, aiming to simplify internal processes and enhance the quality of student support. It is one of several steps the university is taking to build a more accessible and student-focused administrative environment.
