Comprehensive Training Program for IBU Educators Ahead of the 2025–2026 Academic Year
IBU Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) organized a comprehensive professional development program for all IBU educators prior to the start of the 2025–2026 academic year.
Planned in two phases, the program began in July and continued in September, successfully concluding on 18 September. Throughout the training, crucial themes such as innovative teaching techniques, the integration of Artificial Intelligence in education, effective feedback practices, and assessment strategies were thoroughly addressed.
The program was enriched not only with seminars, but also with interactive workshops and hands-on activities, allowing participants to explore, practice, and adapt new teaching approaches to their classroom practices.
With this initiative, TLC continues to contribute to IBU’s vision of academic excellence while equipping faculty members with cutting-edge pedagogical skills and strategies.
