IBU and Vita Nova Unite to Advance Academic and Practical Collaboration

The International Balkan University (IBU) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Vita Nova, establishing a strategic partnership that opens new avenues for academic advancement and practical engagement. Through this collaboration, we aim to strengthen the connection between higher education and industry by fostering joint initiatives, applied learning, and shared expertise.

 

This collaboration is designed to promote knowledge exchange, joint initiatives, and capacity development by strengthening the connection between higher education and the professional sector.

 

The agreement was signed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katerina Mitrevska Petrusheva, Vice Rector of IBU and Dr. Zagorka Blazevska, General Manager of Vita Nova. The signing ceremony was attended by esteemed faculty members of the Faculty of Dental Medicine, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Radmila Dimovska, Asst. Prof. Aksu Samet and Prof. Dr. Valentina Velkovski.

 

The key areas of cooperation include:

- Facilitating practical training, research, and applied projects at Vita Nova’s facilities;

- Organizing joint educational events such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions;

- Cooperating on local and international projects, particularly those funded by the European Union;

- Advancing shared initiatives in the field of healthy nutrition and related disciplines.

 

Through strategic partnerships, we remain dedicated to enriching the academic experience for our students and staff, while contributing meaningfully to innovation, experiential learning, and societal well-being.
