We were delighted to welcome students from Cvetan Dimov High School to International Balkan University (IBU), accompanied by Mr. sc. Isuf Bislimi, Career Advisor, and Prof. Murat Lamallari, for a visit that strengthened our connection with future university candidates and supported their personal development. In a warm and motivating atmosphere on our campus, we created an experience that combined guidance, discovery, and meaningful dialogue, reflecting our commitment to student-centered education and responsible community engagement. By opening our doors to young learners and their mentors, we reaffirmed our role as a university that invests in informed decision-making, academic ambition, and long-term success.

In collaboration with the IBU Career Center, we delivered an engaging and interactive workshop focused on the career choice process, designed to help students approach one of their most important decisions with clarity and confidence. Through practical strategies and real-life reflections, we guided participants in identifying interests, strengths, and values, while emphasizing how thoughtful planning can lead to more sustainable academic and professional outcomes. We also introduced the academic programs and future career pathways offered at IBU, helping students connect their aspirations with concrete opportunities, and demonstrating how we support students not only through quality education, but also through guidance, mentorship, and career readiness.

The visit continued with a guided campus tour, allowing students to explore our facilities and learning environments firsthand and to experience the dynamic, international atmosphere that defines our university community. During short interviews, students shared their positive impressions and expressed genuine excitement about their time at IBU, which further reinforced the value of experiential engagement in shaping expectations about university life.
