Members of the Faculty of Education (FEDU) from International Balkan University (IBU) took an active role in the informal meeting of the Women in Science Association. The gathering brought together board members and stakeholders to discuss future events, conferences, and collaborative projects aimed at supporting women in science and education.
IBU's FEDU representatives contributed valuable insights during the discussions, emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation and academic engagement. One of the meeting’s key outcomes was the establishment of new collaborative efforts with women in higher education institutions across North Macedonia and the region.
The Dean of IBU’s Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Igballe Miftari-Fetishi, also shared strategic suggestions for future projects and conferences, many of which are expected to be hosted at the university. These initiatives aim to further strengthen IBU's involvement in promoting academic innovation and gender equality within the education and science sectors.
