International Balkan University (IBU) hosted the kickoff meeting, marking the official launch of the three-year EU-funded project Skills Enrichment for Adaptive Leadership in the New Reality (SEAL-NR).
Led by Prof. Dr. Snezana Bilic, the event brought together project partners to coordinate efforts and establish a framework for successful implementation. The meeting set the stage for a dynamic and fruitful collaboration, ensuring that SEAL-NR achieves its ambitious objectives.
The SEAL-NR project is a collaborative initiative between IBU and six distinguished institutions: Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (Ukraine), Politechnika Warszawska (Poland), Baltijas Starptautiska Akademija (Latvia), Institute of Social and Economic Initiatives (Ukraine), Mingachevir State University (Azerbaijan), and Kyiv Education, Training and Youth Centre (Ukraine).
Together, the partners are committed to empowering young leaders with the skills required to navigate today’s rapidly evolving global landscape.
The IBU team leading this innovative project includes Prof. Dr. Snezana Bilic as the Project Coordinator, alongside Asst. Prof. Dr. Andrijana Bojadjievska Danevska, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ceneta Telak Durmishi, and Asst. Leposava Ognjanoska Stavrovska, PhD.
During the kickoff meeting, the IBU project team emphasized that the collective expertise of the partners would be instrumental in driving the project’s mission forward and ensuring the effective implementation of its key components.
Through this initiative, IBU continues to expand its expertise in executing EU-funded projects while strengthening its position as a hub for innovation, educational excellence, and international collaboration.
