International Balkan University (IBU) took part in the Women in Science Network’s roundtable discussion, held on February 11 at South East European University (SEEU) in Tetovo, in honor of the International Day of Women in Science.

The Dean of IBU’s Faculty of Education (FEDU), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Igballe Miftari-Fetishi, participated in the event, representing the university alongside professionals from various institutions.

The discussion brought together women from different fields to address critical topics such as professional burnout and stress management, with research findings on these issues also being presented.

A key focus of the event was the equal participation of women in institutions and leadership positions, emphasizing the rapid increase in female representation across professions and the importance of maintaining this balance in society.

The roundtable served as a platform for exchanging ideas and experiences, highlighting the ongoing efforts to support and empower women in science and beyond.
