Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Rector of International Balkan University (IBU), participated in the 2025 edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF), held from April 11 to 13 in Antalya, Türkiye. This year’s forum was organized under the central theme: “Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World,” bringing together prominent global leaders, diplomats, policymakers, and scholars to discuss the challenges and opportunities of modern diplomacy.
Rector Sunar held a series of high-level meetings with key participants, focusing on strengthening IBU’s international partnerships, fostering regional cooperation, and contributing to the global academic and diplomatic discourse. Rector Sunar was accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Flamur Ismaili, Head of IBU’s Balkan Research Center.

The Antalya Diplomacy Forum, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, is an annual high-level platform that brings together heads of state, foreign ministers, representatives of international organizations, academics, and thought leaders. Since its inception, ADF has served as a dynamic space for exchanging ideas, addressing global challenges, and promoting diplomacy and dialogue.
