IBU Teaching and Learning Center successfully organized the Academic Well-Being Experiential Workshop. Held at the Library Terrace on the first floor of A Block, the event brought together members of the academic staff in a relaxed and collegial setting aimed at promoting academic success and meaningful connection.
Facilitated by Asst. Fatime Ziberi, the workshop offered an engaging and reflective space where participants could openly share their teaching experiences, discuss common challenges, and explore effective strategies for enhancing communication and connection with students. The session emphasized the importance of collegial support, open dialogue, and mutual learning.
This initiative is part of the Teaching and Learning Center’s continued efforts to support professional growth and well-being among IBU’s academic community. The limited participation format allowed for in-depth discussion and stronger connections, making the session both impactful and memorable for attendees.
The workshop reaffirmed IBU’s commitment to fostering a nurturing academic culture—one where teaching excellence, faculty wellness, and meaningful dialogue are held in equal regard.
