International Balkan University (IBU), in partnership with the Macedonian Red Cross, organized a workshop focused on Psychological First Aid and Psycho-Social Support. The event aimed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge to effectively support individuals facing crisis situations.

Led by IBU alumna psychologist Emira Ramadani and psychologist Dejan Smokovski, the workshop welcomed students from the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance as well as the Department of Psychology. Participants engaged in hands-on activities, learning essential mental health techniques for managing psychological distress during emergencies.
