As part of the 8th International Staff Week organized by the International Relations Office (IRO) at International Balkan University, administrative and academic staff from partner institutions came together for a series of collaborative meetings. The program included targeted training sessions and job shadowing activities, offering administrative staff the opportunity to observe IBU’s internal processes, learn about institutional management practices, and exchange operational insights with their counterparts.

These hands-on experiences allowed participants to enhance their professional skills, explore innovative approaches to university administration, and build cross-border collaboration. At the same time, academic staff engaged in discussions on curriculum development, student mobility, and research cooperation, contributing to a broader dialogue on international academic partnership.

The week served as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and institutional growth, reinforcing IBU’s commitment to internationalization and staff development.
