IBU Welcomes Representative from Atyrau University, Kazakhstan

International Balkan University had the honor of welcoming Ms. Karlygash Ashirkhanova, Head of the Department for International Partnerships and Internationalization at Atyrau University, Kazakhstan.
During her visit, Ms. Ashirkhanova was assisted by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Destanov, Head of the Department of Turkish Language Teaching. The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for academic cooperation between the two institutions, with particular emphasis on developing student exchange programs and advancing international collaboration in education and research.
Through such meaningful engagements, we continue to strengthen IBU’s global academic network and foster partnerships that promote educational excellence, cultural exchange, and mutual development.
