CODE 3 Lecturer/Academic Staff Member in all teaching-scientific titles in the teaching-scientific field: (3) Medical and Health Sciences; area: (3.05) Other Medical Sciences; sub-area: (3.05.01) Dental Medicine; discipline: (3.05.01.07) Oral Medicine and Periodontology - 1 (one) candidate

I. In addition to the general requirements prescribed under Articles 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, and 170 of the Law on Higher Education (Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia No. 82/2018, as amended up to No. 124/2025), candidates must also fulfill the following requirements:

• Excellent command of the English language, evidenced by a diploma issued by the relevant institution (the employer reserves the right to conduct a test and/or interview);

• Fulfillment of the special requirements stipulated in the Rulebook on the Criteria and Procedure for Election to Teaching-Scientific, Teaching-Professional, Teaching, and Associate Positions at International Balkan University;

• Previous experience in an academic environment will be considered an advantage;

• Knowledge of local languages (Albanian and/or Turkish) will be considered an advantage.

II. Candidates applying for teaching-scientific and associate positions are required to submit the following documents:

• Motivation letter;

• Detailed academic Curriculum Vitae (CV);

• Diploma for completed third-cycle studies (PhD) (original or notarized copy) (applicable only for teaching-scientific positions);

• Diploma for completed second-cycle studies (Master’s degree) (original or notarized copy);

• Diploma for completed first-cycle studies (Bachelor’s degree) (original or notarized copy);

• Foreign diplomas must be notarized and accompanied by a grade equivalency statement (original or notarized copy);

• List of published scientific and professional papers (together with electronic copies of the publications in PDF format);

• Certificate of citizenship.
