About Department

Our third cycle study program in Management aims to provide highly qualified, contemporary professionals and experts who can interpret and analyze current national and international management practices and challenges. With knowledge of advanced management theories, strategic planning and human resource management, innovation and digital transformation, as well as corporate governance, students will be able to initiate advanced scientific research, engage in management debates, offer innovative solutions to management problems, and analyze the implications of various management strategies and policies.

The study program should enable doctoral students to lead research projects, manage teams, organize resources, drive innovation and apply strategic thinking, not only in academia, but also in industry, entrepreneurship, the non-governmental sector and public administration. Proficiency in management education will enable them to better strategic planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, communication skills and team coordination, real-time problem solving, as well as the entrepreneurial and innovative abilities needed to become effective leaders, innovators, and project managers.

By incorporating a wide range of management disciplines, from strategic planning to entrepreneurship and innovation, doctoral students should be prepared to manage complex organizational challenges, drive change and lead research initiatives. The program also, includes the latest trends and technologies, such as digitalization and artificial intelligence, which are key to contemporary management.
