IBU STUDENTS VISITED THE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

On Friday, 23 April 2018, students of International Balkan University who attend the course ‘Introduction to Law’ visited the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. This visit took place under the practical teaching activities. Students were greeted by high-ranking officials of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and the welcoming speech was held by Mr. Hari Lokvenec, Member of Parliament. Students had a great opportunity to learn more about the history of the Assembly, its competencies, legislative procedures, the Assembly palace, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Law on the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and the constitutional position of the Assembly in the state legal system. The students were accompanied by their Professor Natalija Shikova and Assistant Betim Ameti.
