Within the clinical teaching activities at IBU Faculty of Law, students from 3rd year, taking Criminal Law course, visited the Museum of Criminalistics located in the Center for education of police officers (former Police Academy) in village Idrizovo, near Skopje. The Museum has unique exhibits consisted of items that derive and are closely connected to crimes committed in Republic of Macedonia, as well as, items connected to the development of Criminalistics as a scientific discipline.
The Commanding officer of the Center, Mr. Kabranov Jordan, who personally conducted the tour through the Museum, greeted us. He explained to the students the various interesting, and at the same time horrifying but educational stories behind the items from the Museum exhibit. It was an interactive and very interesting tour in which the students showed great interest. The students were asking questions regarding the items from the exhibit and they answered all the questions about various crimes that our host asked them, connected with the items shown in the Museum.
