A workshop titled "Empathic Approach and Communication with Students" was successfully held at International Balkan University, organized by the Teaching and Learning Center. The workshop was facilitated by Assistant Elmedina Qaili and Assistant Sumea Ramadani from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

The event aimed to enhance the empathetic and communicative competencies of academic assistants, emphasizing the importance of understanding students' perspectives and emotions. Through active listening and emotional awareness, participants explored effective strategies for strengthening student-teacher relationships, fostering a more supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The interactive nature of the workshop allowed academic assistants to engage in meaningful discussions and practical activities, equipping them with the tools to better connect with students and address their needs with compassion and understanding.
