The study program in Political Science and International Relations offers a wide range of subjects, focusing on providing students with both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. The main aim of the program is to train students to understand and analyze domestic and international political changes and to prepare them for a successful career in the field of political science and international relations. For this purpose, the courses offered focus on the latest and most relevant theoretical perspectives in political sciences and international relations, and insight into global political trends, with a particular emphasis on Euro-Atlantic integrations. The program is taught in English, underscoring the international character of our student body, and is structured in such a way to cover a variety of topics, such as political systems, policy making, contemporary geopolitics, political theory and philosophy, EU institutions and policies, international organizations, and diplomacy, among others. Hence, the program in Political Science and International Relations provides future graduates with the competencies to be competitive in the international labor market in the field of political sciences and international relations. After completing their undergraduate studies, graduates in Political Science and International Relations could continue their education in the second cycle of studies with the Master's program in International Politics at the International Balkan University.
