About Department

The Study Program in Gastronomy is a modern, interdisciplinary academic program designed to explore food as a cultural, economic, and social phenomenon. Integrating knowledge from nutrition, cultural studies, tourism, management, and food technology, the program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of gastronomy in both theoretical and practical contexts. This program responds to the growing demand for highly qualified professionals in the hospitality and tourism sectors, equipping graduates with the competencies needed to succeed in dynamic national and international markets. Students develop skills in culinary techniques, food innovation, quality management, and sustainable practices, preparing them for diverse career opportunities.

General Requirements
  • Candidates with completed secondary education, in accordance with Article 134, paragraph 2
  • All candidates must take an internal exam to assess their knowledge of the English language
  • Candidates who do not achieve a minimum score of 60/100 points need to attend the Preparatory School
