Asst. Prof. Dr. Flamur Ismaili, Head of the Balkan Research Center (BRC) at International Balkan University and member of the Faculty of Law, had the honor of participating—upon the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and ADA University in Baku—in a distinguished panel discussion focused on the practices of international law in today’s increasingly polarized global order.
The discussions highlighted the challenges and opportunities within the current international legal framework amid shifting geopolitical dynamics.
Additionally, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ismaili had the privilege of meeting with H.E. Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, where they exchanged views on strengthening academic cooperation and diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and the Balkans.
This participation reflects the growing role of the Balkan Research Center and International Balkan University in contributing to global academic and diplomatic dialogues.
