Sharing experiences for academic success and meaningful connection

Organized by the Teaching and Learning Center at International Balkan University (IBU), this workshop invites academic staff to come together in a relaxed and supportive setting to reflect on their teaching experiences, share challenges, and explore ways to enhance academic success and communication with students.

Facilitated by a workshop leader, this session will offer an open space for dialogue, collegial support, and mutual learning - all over a cup of coffee.
