Katerina Mitevska Petrusheva is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, International Balkan University. She has a Master degree in Theory of Education and PhD in Educational sciences. Her research interest is in the field of Education Sciences/Pedagogy, Theory of Education, Teacher Education, Education Policy and student Well-being. Currently she is Head of Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department, coordinator of IBU Student Well-being Center and editor of International Journal of Education and Philology (IJEP).
