Researcher
Omer Cem Ulutas is a teaching assistant in the Political Sciences department of the International Balkan University. He has bachelor's degree in political sciences (2014-2018) and master's degree in administrative law from the International Balkan University (2018-2020). Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree at the South East European University on public governance and administration (2023-present). He is fluent in English and Macedonian, intermediate in Serbian, and has basic knowledge of Albanian. Omer Ulutas is involved in teaching, organizing academic activities, and mentoring student projects. His main research interests are centered around public administration, sociology, political sciences and international relations.
