Pre-Registration Payment (*For Turkish Citizens)

Our pre-registration fee is 150 Euros. (After filling out the pre-application form, you must deposit 150 Euros into the university's account.)

When making pre-registration or annual tuition payments via bank transfer, don’t forget to write your Turkish ID number and department information in the payment description.

The pre-registration fee will be refunded if the student does not complete final registration.

Note: For transfers made from Türkiye through HalkBank, no EFT fee is charged.

 

Credit Card Payment (*For Turkish Citizens)

You can pay your tuition in a single installment with your credit card in Turkey via the Mail Order method, without any additional fees.

You can also pay the 500 Euro fee for residence permit and high school diploma equivalency services via credit card or bank transfer.

Note 1: The 500 Euro fee must be paid in advance to the EURO bank account below, including the Student’s Full Name and National ID Number.

 

Note 2: Administrative fee for students from Balkan countries is 300 Euros, which can be paid online or at the University using a credit/debit card.

 

Full Payment (*For Turkish Citizens)

For payments made at the bank, the student’s national ID/student number and full name must be included in the transaction description.

Please send the payment receipt via email to istanbul@ibu.edu.mk. If you do not send the receipt, you will not be included in the department quota.

 

Notary, High School Diploma Equivalency, and Residence Permit Fee: 500 Euros

A one-time fee of 500 Euros is charged for residence permit and diploma equivalency services.

This payment should be made in advance to the EURO bank account below, indicating the Student’s Full Name and National ID Number.

Please email the payment receipt and SWIFT (money transfer) document to istanbul@ibu.edu.mk.
